The City of Portland is so amazing, that it's not enough to visit it just once. Last weekend, I made my fourth trip to the P-Dot. The last time I was there was about sixteen months ago, and since that time, I was amazed to find that the capital city of cob has sprouted over a dozen new eco-artistic placemaking projects all over town. Peter and I documented as much of it as we could in the time we had. Some of these photos are of cob structures that have existed for more than a year and half, I just never got around to them previously. But most are brand new benches, and you will be amazed at the way that the movement is evolving and expanding. If you missed Mark Lakeman's presentation in Toronto last week, here's a photo exhibition of Reclaim the Streets, Portland-style.
