St. Olaf Turbine

The St. Olaf wind turbine was erected this morning adding a new landmark to the face of Northfield, Minnesota. The 1.65 megawatt turbine is located just west of St. Olaf’s campus. The new addition makes Northfield a two turbine town. Check out the St. Olaf Turbine blog and learn more about the colleges effort toward sustainable operation.

    Hello,

I work for the National Wildlife Federation Campus Ecology program. I was wondering if I could get permission to use the St. Olaf turbine image (stolafmillfield.jpg) in a slide show presentation. The image would be used as an example of a campus using wind energy. I could send you the slide that we are hoping to present.

    Thank you for your time,
